Directions
Before sleep time gently massage onto neck, shoulders and elbow creases. For restless legs, massage onto thighs & calves. Reapply during the night if required.

Adults: 1 teaspoon cream as needed up to 4 times daily
Children 6-12 years: Half of the dosageChildren under 6: Quarter of the dosage
