Ideal for headaches, fever, sports injuries, tooth extraction, aching muscles, minor burns and cramps.

Directions:

For heat: Microwave gel pack for up to 45 seconds in a standard 800 watt oven. Once desired temperature is acheived wrap a cloth around the pack and apply to affected area. Do not overheat.

For cold: freeze gel pack for 30 - 120 minutes. Wrap a cloth around the pack and apply to the affected area.
