Dosage:

Recommended dosage for adults and children 12 years of age and older:

To support restfulness: 2 tablets with water, 2-3 times daily.

To support sleep: 2 tablets with water, 1 hour before bedtime and another 2 at bedtime.


Warnings:

Do not take if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid driving or operating machinery for at least 2 hours after intake as your reactions can be influenced, even if taken as directed.
